Grandma Goodlaxson - The woman of the hour
This weekend we went to Iowa for a camping trip with the Goodlaxson side of the family. The weekend was in honor of Grandma Goodlaxson... to learn more about her... and was complete with matching shirts! I had expected the mosquitoes to be huge, and e.coli to be running rampant but all in all neither one of those were an issue. Although, we weren't allowed to swim in the lake because of the potential risk of disease. It was a really nice weekend, the weather was a bit windy but other then that... it was perfect! Our tent broke a couple months ago so we rented one from REI which was amazing! Everyone elses tents were blowing over and ours was rock solid!! I guess that's the benefit of a well designed tent!
We took Finn with us and everyone couldn't believe how well behaved he is! We would like to take SOME credit for that, although all in all he seems to be somewhat naturally well behaved. Like I said, sometimes he still doesn't want to come when he's called... like when he's found a tasty morsel of goose poop on the ground. gross. He was great in the car again... slept the whole time... and he really liked sleeping in the tent with us...I guess it was probably a bit like sleeping in a den! He did really well with all the people and the little kids who followed him around and pulled his tail!

Hey, thanks for the update. Yes, Blaise is in Towers. It really reminded me of it's namesake that is in London. Typical college dorm.
